I designed and built a fully automated content creation workflow that turns spontaneous voice notes into polished social media posts in under 10 seconds.

This system is perfect for founders, creators, and business owners who want to stay consistent online without spending hours writing or overthinking content.

The Problem Coming up with ideas isn’t the hard part; it’s writing them down, formatting them for different platforms, and hitting publish.

Most great content ideas are lost simply because they arrive at the wrong moment (on a walk, mid-meeting, in the car, etc.).

The Solution I Built A Telegram bot integrated with AI that lets you speak your idea and get back ready-to-post content automatically.

Here’s how it works:

  • Voice Input: You record a quick voice note in Telegram.
  • Transcription: The message is auto-transcribed using Whisper.
  • AI Agent: A custom-trained OpenAI agent rewrites it into a professional post (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, or platform of your choice).
  • Automation Stack: The entire process runs through a flexible automation pipeline built using either Make.com or n8n, depending on the client’s tech stack.
  • Content Hub (Optional): Posts are saved in Airtable, organized by platform, category, and status — ready for scheduling or repurposing.
  • You can even customize tone, voice, hashtags, or CTA style — and use the system from your phone, anytime.

Bonus:

  • Repurposing at Scale I’ve expanded this automation to: Turn one voice note into multiple platform-specific versions of the same idea
  • Store and tag content for future repurposing Generate full content calendars using just your spoken thoughts

Real-World Use:

I’ve personally used this to generate and post over 100+ pieces of content per month — all starting from quick voice ideas while walking or brainstorming. It’s turned content from a chore into a seamless, integrated process.

Tools & Tech Used:

  • Make.com or n8n for workflow orchestration and platform integration
  • OpenAI (ChatGPT) for content generation and tone adaptation Whisper AI for voice transcription
  • Telegram as the user interface Airtable for optional content management and scheduling

Who This Is For:

  • Content creators looking to scale output.
  • Coaches and consultants who want to post more consistently.
  • Founders who think out loud but hate typing.
  • Agencies that are looking to build repeatable systems for clients.
